Golden State had to come from behind to get there. The Clippers scored 37 in the first quarter and led by as many as 11, per the official scorer's report, and Kris Dunn finished with seven steals. Lendeborg turned it over twice all night.
Midway through the third quarter, Lendeborg scored five straight points to push the lead to 83-68, the biggest to that point, per the AP. The lead reached 22 before the night was done, per the official box. The bench helped carry the rest: Brandon Williams scored 17 and the reserves put up 40 in all, De'Anthony Melton added 21, and Brandin Podziemski finished with 17 points, eight rebounds and eight assists.
The Clippers got 24 from Rui Hachimura and 16 off the bench from Kobe Sanders, and lost their fifth straight to fall to 1-5.
